G-force won't run

New Hp mini net book running winxp pack 3, wmp 11. Also tried downloading codec for xp-but am a beginner and don't know if that has any connection to the problem I'm having. Graphics is 32 bit, not sure how to find other details. I downloaded g-force hoping for more interesting visuals, but it won't run at all. I tried unchecking wmp on task bar and restarted-no good. Also tried re-installing and restarting. Also downloaded new gen psychedelia vis which also won't run at all. Both g-force and new gen vis are listed in drop down vis menu, but when I try to select them nothing happens. Sigh. Would appreciate any help you can give-am beginner pc user. Many thanks.

I have a problem running the winamp plugin for some reason the window wont open although whitecap works fine.

but your problem sounds like the video card does not have the guts to work GF. I would suggest the platinum version to see if you can run the stand alone but that would mean buying GF.
