Detailed Description of Bug
When I try to install, it pops up a window titled "InstallIQ" with a message "Installing installation, please wait..."
After a few seconds, a tab appears on the taskbar reading "G-Force Installation," but there's no way to access the window or dialog attached to the tab.
The "InstallIQ" stays on-screen indefinitely, until I finally have to use Task Manager to make it go away, which, of course, terminates the whole installation. This is the case whether or not I have my firewall up and running or shut down
Description of How to Replicate Bug
1) Download the current G-Force for Media Monkey.
2) Make sure Media Monkey is closed.
3) Run the G-Force install.
4) When you get the "Do you want to run this file?" dialog, click "Run."
5) When the "InstallIQ" window pops up, wait. And wait. And wait....

sorry for the late reply i dont know how I missed it,
could you explain just what is the "installIQ" I have never heard of this nor have I seen it with GF
