Download with Firefox vs IE

Post by Twin »

I can't download G-force using Firefox.
It will DL some, even most, of the file then it thinks it is complete and quits.
Some DL's are only ~ 500k, others are within seconds of complete.

No problems when I use Internet Explorer.

On my wish list tho, a resume feature if DL is interrupted.

I am posting this mostly in case someone else is having the same problem. My G-Force is working great (3.9.4 on 64 bit Win7 BTW)

I just tried to download GF using Firefox as I always do and there was no problem. Although FF can be a tempermental beast there is one forum which I visit where the front page is messed up all the time when viewed in FF but its fine with IE which I haven't opened in about a year.

I forgot to mention that I am on dial-up which might make a difference.
