Favorite Scenes

With the release of 1.1.1 (which looks to be the last major content release before 2.0), I'd like to ask you guys/gals which scenes you like the most. It might also be helpful to list the style(s) of music you generally listen to. Please make sure you are updated to v1.1.1. Feel free to elaborate on your decisions.

This is an unofficial 'poll', but it'll give us an idea of how different styles are received by our users. I imagine there will be some scenes that are commonly agreed to be good, and others that are more subjective. Thanks! ( I'll post my list later in the thread )

Suggested Format:

(Music style(s) listened to)
Scene1
Scene2
...

Aeon accepts G-Force's (ColorMap).txt files. .MAP files don't work (yet).

Just be advised that adding palettes with white background colors might make some of the scenes very hard to look at.

EDIT: Also, be aware that when you open the menu dialogues---i.e. one-click anywhere on the Aeon window and then choose "Start ColorMap" from within the CMap menu---you most likely will discover that the example "swatch field" for your own add-ons will remain whited out.

Do not panic here.

This does *not* mean that your add-on hasn't been interpreted by the processing engine!
By default, only the palettes that come bundled with the application show their swatch fields.

I hope that helps.

I listen to most all styles of music electronic to country, produced between 1900-present

phosphor scenes, ether scenes, audioscope, spiral evolution, shine, atomic

But even stating the above scenes are my favorite can be too limiting since there are specific tracks or artists that i prefer the other scenes for, but it's this very reason that i love aeon so much. even if it can take some time and experimenting to find the scene('s) that work best for a certain track in the end to me it creates a much more personal, unique experience. having been a subscriber to g-force for the past 6 years, or so, enjoying every update that has come out advancing it. In the end it feels like one idea or core idea done 1000 different ways, and i love it for that, but aeon appears to have the possibility to be 1000 individual ideas geared towards every aspect of music, allowed to integrate with more types of music in a more intimate way. In the end using aeon makes me feel how i felt when i first found g-force, that soundspectrum's team had done it again and produced a product that was not just something cool to look at but instead was something that is so enveloping that it is difficult to look away from. Guaranteed only to get better with every update to come. -MO
