.
I have a suggestion. Particle configs have an option PDur="15" or whatever, how about the same option for FlowFields, WaveShapes and ColorMaps.
.

it is very exciting to have you back, andy. you don't know me, but i have been using g-force for over 20 years since it was a winamp plugin. i have purchased and repurchased it multiple times, and have been glad to do so in the hopes you will continue to do this work.

now as a longtime user, here's my opinion. i need G-Force on my living room tv in some way. I don't want to plug my phone or my laptop into my TV. I want something that can stay connected permanently. I use Airplay throughout my house to stream to various rooms simultaneously, and I would need it to work within that ecosystem. In my living room, I Airplay music from my iPhone to my AppleTV.

The ideal form would be an AppleTV G-Force app that responds to music streamed in from my phone via Airplay. I realize this is likely impossible with Apple's TVOS sandboxing limitations.

Second choice would be some kind of purpose-built set top box hardware. I am thinking of a small fanless device that can sit under my TV that would be able to run G-Force at 4K 60fps. It would have line-in and a microphone and maybe even be an Airplay 2 target if such a thing is possible. (Otherwise I could get one of those Belkin Airplay targets and run it through the line in jack.)

You would be able to decide on the best chipset to run G-Force most efficiently, and then tweak G-Force itself however needed so that it runs perfectly on that specific hardware. I suppose it may have to be some flavor of Android under the hood, to be cost effective. I give this box power, an HDMI cable, and an audio source, and then I get to sit back and listen to my music with G-Force on my nice OLED screen. Dolby Vison or HDR would be great, but not a requirement.

I've previously built something like this using a spare 2012 Mac Mini using standalone G-Force and a microphone, but it ran hot even at 720p and using a microphone as the input caused a bit of a lag. I figure we can do a bit better 12 years later, right?

Thank you!

I; upon seeing the new programs, brought them all. But as to what I would like to see next is simple: Winter Wonders 2024. But that's just me.
