After just renewing my platinum license and installing (didn't have G-force on the comp for a while). I keep getting the same error message when attempting to run any instance of g-force..
Tried re-downloading, re-installing, restarting.
I'm running 64-bit Windows 7. OS (and G-force) is installed on a SSD, that wouldn't matter would it?

Hi Sounder
this is not a problem with G-force.
try updating direct x, make sure its the latest version this can fix errors with the d3dx9_43 .DLL
I have the same problem sort of. Just got my computer back and GF Platinum screensaver was running fine for a few days then I was getting GF failed to load etc. Did some total uninstall/reinstall but no luck. My screen popup said Windows couldn't find the Common Shell 32 dll. Windows 7 Pro 64 Bit is my OS. I have the entire GF program but was just using the screensaver part of it until I could reinstall mediamonkey and connect the GF visualization to it.Oh, I forgot to mentionm. The screen error number that is associated with the GF failure to load message is :id55040
Probably because Windows 8 has not yet been officially released, and SoundSpectrum would not have had the opportunity to test G-Force with this new version of Windows.
