G-Force 5.1b5 is now available.

Post by BTT »

Hello All

For all Platinum users on the beta list.

G-Force 5.1b5 is now available:

Added track year to the track text animation
Added steam title change detection to Winamp (maybe stream)
More tweaks to Winamp -- Winamp beating and testing is needed (skin changes, display device shifting -- whatever you can think of)
Fixed crash when pressing 'T' to start track animations

Regards BTT

I am very concerned about installing the new beta, I do not appreciate my computer crashing. As I uninstalled the last beta the uninstaller crashed my computer. no task manager no nothing.

I am not a person who likes pulling the plug on their machine while doing some simple beta testing which (imho) really shouldn't be causing a crash at all.

The older versions of G-force never crashed my comp this bad.

EDIT

I have calmed down and installed the new beta, all seems well.

no crash when changing skins and no crash during uninstallation.

So this is safe :D

I am a little confused... 51b5 has pretty much solved all of my major issues... and I really appreciate streaming radio titles. I am playing with WinAMP, WMP/32 and Standalone/32 and haven't had any major difficulties... and I am pretty sure you too, are a Win7/64 user. I have heard of an XP WinAMP crash, so I guess there is SOMETHING... I just haven't seen it yet.

Hello All

Version 5.1 b5 is running sweet as a nut here, all issues seem to have been resolved, and I am running Winamp on XP.

Hello Fabricio

That is a long time. You can either keep running the version you have installed or purchase a new licence from here:
